MAXFITTY.COM proudly announces that we have helped every single client get closer to or fully achieve their goals. We work to the highest level of professionalism and set demanding standards for ourselves. Through our personalized training systems and evidence-based nutrition plans for both men and women, we provide a guaranteed path to success. We will full refund our customers if they do not experience improvements in his/hers fitness/nutrition state within the first 4 weeks of the programme.

MAXFITTY.COM operates following the practices of a responsible merchant.
Complaints should be sent via our Contact page i.e. via info@maxfitty.com or our TikTok account.
Customer complaints will be addressed within 8 days from receiving them. 

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

On behalf of MAXFITTY.COM, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All employees of MAXFITTY.COM (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

PAYMENT CARD PROCESSING

Merchant accepts payments via direct bank transfer or via following CC providers: Visa, MasterCard, DinaCard and Maestro. All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – Dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, MAXFITTY.COM is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that at the seller’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

The merchant accepts all displayed payment cards without favorites. At the same time, it does not require any data that is not necessary for processing the transaction, nor does it limit the amounts that can be paid with individual cards. This does not prevent the Merchant from publishing the maximum and minimum transaction amount that it applies regardless of the payment method.
